Step outside and you are within a level walk of the lovely individual shops, restaurants, pubs and the beach with its long esplanade. The apartment is newly refurbished to a very high standard with luxury furnishings throughout. Much care and thought has been given in making this a superb holiday apartment to stay in at any time of the year.

The apartment has one assigned parking space and the building is accessible via stairs from the entrance door. A hallway leads into open plan living/dining/kitchen area where the large windows create a bright and sunny space at any time of day.

Lounge: Bright lounge area with comfy sofas and internet TV. Glass doors lead out onto a balcony that is the perfect place to sit and see the boats and ways of marina life.

Kitchen: Fully equipped luxury kitchen with high quality appliances, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

Bedroom 1: Double bedroom furnished with a king size bed with sumptuous cotton bedding.

Bedroom 2: Single bedroom.

Bathroom: Fully tiled bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, basin and WC.

Parking: Allocated parking space
