Detached guest house on private gated Spanish Estate with a pool, Temecula close

Please note this is a 14 day maximum booking, you may book several 14 day bookings if you would like, I will give your 2nd booking the discount, sorry these are Californias issues. This freeway close, only 1 minute to the 15 freeway, privately gated Casita is newly remodled, it is 150' from the main house where the hosts live full time. The property is 3 acres of lush landscaping with a fenced pool in the front yard for up to 4 guests to enjoy. The gated entrance leads directly to the Casita with 3 guest parking places. The Casita comes with a private master bedroom with a king size bed, closet, 52" smart TV, night
stands and a dresser, the front room has a full kitchen, 43" smart TV, queen sleeper couch, refrigerator, coffee make.
Please come and enjoy the pool and lush landscape.
There are several beautiful wineries in Fallbrook, including Toasted Oak which is a short walk and Pala Mesa winery and golf coarse only 3.3 miles away and don't forget Montserat winery only 4.7 miles away, 6.1 miles from Grand Tradition, 1.6 miles from Tivoli Italian Villa, 4.0 miles from Los Willos Wedding Estate, 3.9 miles from Vineyard Hills Villa and close to other Wedding venues in the Fallbrook and Temecula area.
The garden does come on Fridays or Saturdays at 7:00am, I will have to open the guest house garage for him and while guests are here I have him work away from the guest house for most of the morning.
I personally clean the guest house, I have been in places, which turn your white socks brown and you will never see that from my place. 4 persons maximum, infants included, anyone trying to bring extra people will be charged $100 per person per day.
Please clean off makeup and acne medicine prior to using washcloths or towels, we are having issues with towels getting bleached.
I clean every piece of bedding you might touch, including bedspreads, blankets and pillow shams,vacuum each rug every time someone stays
I check each, plate, cup, pot pan, fork spoon and knives for cleanliness,
I go above and beyond to make your stay at least as comfortable as your own home and you will always compare my place to others and I want your stay to be one of the best parts of your visit and want you to always come back.
Any extra cleaning will be charged at the rate of $100 per hour.

HOUSE RULES,
No third party bookings, including but not limited to, no bookings for someone else including family, friends and anyone that is not the booking party, this means that the booking party will be staying in the guest house- casita during the duration of the stay.
No babysitting, if you leave your children come with you.
Quite time outside after dark please,
Main house and garages are off limits
Main house fenced back yard if off limits, its our dogs yard.
Please do not rest curling or flat irons on bathroom countertop, it will burn it.
All feminine products including, facial wipes, tampons, sanitary napkins and anything else that should not go into our septic system will be placed into the trash can next to the toilet, any removal of these items will be charged to the guest.
we are on a septic system and it doesn't like these things.
The pool and jacuzzi are not heated.
The booking party must be with anyone inside the pool area, there is no lifeguard on duty, so the booking party assumes this responsibility, there will be no running or diving inside the pool area. The booking party assumes all liability of anyone using the pool and pool area.
No smoking, including cigarettes, hooka, Marijuana, vaping,ecig or any other form of smoking even if you have a medical card or prescription, any breaking of the non smoking rules inside the Casita- Guest house or by dragging the smoke smell into the guest house- casita by clothing, wind, or windows being left open or any other way, the guest will be charged an additional but not limited to $500 cleaning charge to remove any smells left behind plus any other damages produced from breaking of these rules and all guests will be immediately removed from the premises and will be charged the full price for their booked stay. I don't want the guest house to smell bad for other people.
No drugs.
Please turn off the AC- heater upon checking out.
Please do your dishes, this includes, wash, dry and put away, not wet. Putting the dishes away wet makes them appear dirty and they will need to be re-washed.
there is a $50.00 , minimun fee for non clean dishes or if the oven needs to be deep cleaned with easy off.
No parties or events without prior written permission from the owner.
No fires or candles
There is 1 exterior security camera at the guest house, none inside and there are 4 security cameras around the main house
Guests will be notified the morning of their stay before 9am of the address and entry codes.If there are any issues please. contact Steve through this app. as soon as possible so your issues can be redolved as soon as possible.
We have a no dog or animal policy, except service and emotional support animals which are not allowed to stay on the property alone, if you leave your support animal goes with you, no pet sitting and animals must stay off furniture, no pee pads allowed, must be potty trained to use outside bathroom only, but if your dog or animal is found to be neither and it is on the property or left alone there will be a minimum $250 charge per day per animal plus any damages and the authorities will be called and your stay will immediately be terminated with out refund for violation of house rules. Sorry for these harsh rules, but some people try to get away with things.

Any stays over 14 days would need to be broken up into multiple 14 day stays with a discount or would need to have a credit check with my approval, a rental deposit and a rental contract prior to entering the property as per California's rental laws. The choice will be at my discretion. This is not a long term rental and will not be, it is short term only.
The booking party assumes all liability for themselves and their guests and holds the hosts harmless.
No mail or parcels are allowed to be delivered to this address.
