'Overall a good unit has the basics and right by Falmouth heights beach- just walk across the street. The unit literally sits adjacent to the patio bar of the attached restaurant, so right outside your window (the one w the view) will be droves of people eating and drinking while music plays. This is a great location and has what you’d need but if you don’t want people right outside that window I’d chose a different unit. You will have zero privacy. Outside of that it’s a good spot.'

'It was ok. Great location Waterview is a bit of a stretch. The room was clean but small-not sure that it was a queen bed as advertised-more like a double. There are no closets. Our parking spot was taken but the hotel accommodated and we could use another spot. The paint on the ceiling was peeling, the bathroom door did not shut properly and the was ac was a bit noisy. The tv did not work. It is a safe place to stay-the Falmouth heights is a wonderful place. We were close to the beach and two...

'Our trip was a last minute decision, and needed to stay just one night. The location, the fast response, clear instructions, cleanliness, assigned parking and pricing all came together very nicely! '

'This location was perfect near the beach and with a restaurant right next door. The room was clean and modern and the deck was amazing. The parking was a little tricky since some cars were illegally parked in the lot and the spaces were small. Check in was 3 pm and at 3:10 I brought our bags up to the third floor only to find it still being cleaned. I went to the office and asked them to notify me when it was ready so I did not have to keep checking. The cleaner said 30 minutes at the most. ...

'The room was clean and close to the beach. However, it was extremely noisy. Also, we were told a few days beforehand that the room had no ocean views. '

'The location of the property was wonderful and the accommodations were fine for the one night that we were there. I would suggest adding a few chairs, as there was no place other than the beds to sit. Also, when expecting four guests it would be nice to have four coffee cups, etc. Overall, we were quite satisfied and would stay there again. It was great to have a late night restaurant available upon our arrival. '

'My husband and I had a great weekend stay! The location was perfect. We walked to a coffee shop for breakfast and then took our bikes down the beautiful Shining Sea Trail to Woods Hole for the day. We did not need to drive at all. Listing was accurate, and check in was easy. Shared bathroom was well managed. The hosts were very kind and made sure we had everything we needed.'

'Rebecca’s place was wonderful. The apartment was incredibly clean, beautifully and creatively decorated with thought and style and the surrounding area was both quaint and picturesque. We spent Labor Day weekend there and experienced “Illuminattion Night” which was very cool. Rebecca made some great recommendations, and although it’s right next to a marina, it was incredibly quiet. We would love to stay again. '
