  • Dit prachtige huis is perfect voor strandvakanties in de zomer of uitjes in het laagseizoen in de lente, herfst en winter.

    Dit prachtige huis ligt op slechts 250 stappen van het strand van Falmouth Heights en op 100 stappen van Little Pond. Het is uiterst gezinsvriendelijk: gelegen in een rustige, pittoreske buurt en met een grote achtertuin.

    Het huis heeft 4 grote slaapkamers, 3 badkamers, een nieuw geïnstalleerde keuken met granieten werkbladen en roestvrijstalen apparaten, een wasmachine / droger, kabeltelevisie, draadloos internet, plus airconditioning en centrale verwarming. Beddengoed wordt verstrekt. Bad- en strandlakens zijn NIET aanwezig. Er is ook off-street parking voor 4 auto's op de oprit.

    Dit huis is niet alleen een perfecte oase van rust, het is slechts een korte wandeling naar de lokale restaurants en The Island Queen Ferry naar Martha's Vineyard. Het huis ligt ook dicht bij het centrum van Falmouth, Cape Cod Baseball League-spellen en de Shining Sea Bikeway die Falmouth verbindt met Woods Hole, via de kustlijn van Vineyard Sound. Evenement bij Coonamessett Inn? De locatie ligt op minder dan 3,2 km afstand.

Fantastic location walking distance to the beach and easy drive to great restaurants. The property is immaculate and perfect set up for a family beach vacation. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful vacation home! Bob and Bev were so gracious and accommodating and we are so thankful to them for sharing their lovely home with us! The Great Kentucket

This house was exactly as advertised. Communication with the owners was clear and concise. They made themselves completely available if needed. The house fit our family of 8 with ease. Plenty of room inside with great outdoor space, all within the Heights. The 3 full baths were important to the family and the outside shower was immaculate. Easy walking distance to the beach, town park and a decent family restaurant and bar for the adults. Definitely will try and book this property again.

So close to the beach!! Beautiful home.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The hosts were great and so accommodating to us. The house is just a short walk from two beautiful beaches and in the most adorable neighborhood. This house has so much space to fit a large family. The pictures don’t do it justice! Great fenced in backyard! Would absolutely stay here again! There were 7 adults and 2 young kids and everyone fit well and had their own bathroom. Beds we so comfy!

Amazing location!

We spent a wonderful week at this home the first week of August. The property is much bigger than the pictures show and there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and have privacy. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and more! The best thing about this home is it is only one block from 2 beaches yet it is on a very quiet street. We could not have been happier with our annual beach trip!

Week at the Beach

Fantastic location just a very short walk to The Heights Beach as well as restaurants and a coffee shop. Bob and Bev were terrific hosts, always available for questions. The house was perfect for an adult family with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths (plus an outdoor shower). Lots of room in the backyard with a large table for outdoor relaxing/dining and a well appointed kitchen with everything you’ll need. We enjoyed the deck on the second floor for morning coffee with shaded views of the water. We’ve stayed at a number of Cape rentals and this was the best experience we’ve had.

a lovely house in a perfect location

The owners really provide everything you could need and are super responsive. The house is on a quiet block, 2 short blocks away from a beautiful beach. If you like to walk, you can get everywhere you need to go. There are restaurants nearby and we walked into town in 1/2 hour. Sitting on the sundeck in the mornings was the highlight for me. We highly recommend this property for your Falmouth vacation.

You couldn't ask for a better place to enjoy the beach and relax. Only 3 minute walk to a choice of two beaches and two restaurants. This house is very clean and is located in a quiet neighborhood and has everything you could possibly need while away.

Lovely house and location!

Our group of seven quilters enjoyed this lovely house in Falmouth, mass. The beds were so comfortable, and the house was perfect for our group! We sewed, talked, and visited quilt shops on the Cape. Weather was great (second week of May), and we walked to the beach often! This house was ideal for our group and would be a nice family setting!

Winter winner

While our home 3 miles away was having major reconstruction, we (a couple) rented this cute house from October to mid-February. Yes, had Christmas and a tree. This is a busy summer rental part of town where houses are definitely cheek by jowl, but with so many houses closed up, we never heard anything other than the trash truck. House is small for a family, despite the number of beds, but in the summer that might not be an issue; it has one of the larger backyards in the neighborhood, and also more space for parking than any other house we saw. Easy walking to the beach, which we enjoyed doing even on a cold day. Five minutes drive to a supermarket, pharmacy, Walmart. House is fitted out completely with every utensil you'll ever want, including the always-needed ice cream scoop. Refrigeration and freezer situation is not totally desirable, but using the freezer/fridge in the basement should provide the additional space you'll need. We found the house easy to keep clean. There should be busloads of kids around for your own to play with. For our winter visit was used the word "cozy" frequently. Yes, this certainly is not a mansion, but if you can understand most rentals in the area are about the same size, sign up now.
