'So much is right here, from decor to food to personnel, so that it was hard to understand why such a hotel is stillstuck in the Holiday-Inn past with its ac system blasting cold air in noisily. I want quiet so that I can sleep, I do not want a draft and I do not want a cold room, not in the least because this destroys the planet.'

'The advertising was incredibly fraudulent and stated 2 adults were staying. When I checked in the gentlemen said only one person made reservations and my husband was placed in the lobby and told he could sleep in the lobb as long he looked to be sitting up. I want a full refund and credit for a day as this had been horrific. After waking up my husband at 5:30 AM l in the lobby he was told he needed to be up.'
