'I planned this trip with my girlfriend and we had an amazing time in our cabin! We're so grateful for the experience, the surrounding area is so gorgeous we spent a good amount of time on the deck looking at all the birds and chipmunks zipping by. All of the amenities in our cabin were great and the heater kept us nice and cozy inside. 'The view was great, unfortunately everything else was a nightmare. We were forced to check in through an app outside of the Vrbo system. It requested all kinds of personal information, most of it not required to rent a place for a day. Property management company cool cabins was a massive pain in the butt. Communication was good but customer service was horrible. Had to wait until 4pm for a door access code which they told me I could have at 2pm. Spotty cell service required us to stay in town...

The kitchen item were as cheap as cheap could be and lacked. Several things were broken, such as the toilet seat and blinds. The hot water in the shower was not adequate. 'The cabin was an awesome place to stay with that forrest and nature feeling. It was very clean, a very quiet atmosphere, and very reasonable. They had all the essentials you needed. I will definitely be staying here again. And I highly recommend that others do the same. Big Bear was a quick weekend get-away. Wish it was longer.'
