'I booked a room with a refrigerator and microwave and got a refrigerator that was lukewarm and no microwave. When i asked the desk, they said there are no microwaves in the Hampton side - I told him i had a confirmation that said refrigerator and microwave and he said it was the tiny microwave in the lobby. The pool was murky and dirty despite being full of chlorine. My deadbolt didn't work and I didn't feel like bothering them again. Parking valet was great! We left after only one night. '

'This hotel was the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in awhile! The entire hotel is beautiful and super clean! The bed was so comfortable, the rooftop bar was so pretty and nice for a quick drink/app before dinner, all of the staff were super nice and helpful, the valet was always quick and easy! The hotel is in a great location and we were able to walk to coffee shops, dinner, etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!'

'My first room I was given the toilet was broken and the next room I was given didn't appear very clean. Final room I was given was right across from the elevator and was noisy.'

'The hotel was much better than when we drove into the property. It looked like, and may have been, an old apartment building. Once inside it was clean and comfortable. Rooms spacious, full kitchen, utensils- great place for extended stay. Beds very comfortable. I need to be near Methodist Hospital several times the next few months and will always stay there. Reasonable rate and good location.'

'Honestly, as my husband and my teen daughter were checking in, we were a bit frustrated due to how to get in the cozysuites. It was my scanning/reading over the check in details of the room and luckily my tech teen figured out how to get in the apartment block. It was a late night shift staff who was amazing as she stayed calm, I was frustrated yet she handled us with integrity!!! We would definitely want to stay there again next year!! Thank you so much for the great stay for our first time in...
