The room stunk like cigarettes/ smoking. The front desk took forever to answer the phone to check in. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. I’ve stayed at worse, prob a 1-2star rating.

I've stayed at Red Roof hotels prior. But this one has turned more into hostel. What seems to be long stay placement by the system. A patrol officer visited on more than one occasion when I was either coming or going and police had to visit twice for an in room disturbance of domestic dispute. The manager was good here and trys. But I was there for a week and was out working every day so wanted a good night's sleep. There was far too much out of hour activity going on. Cars pulling up 02-00 hrs in the morning. I will say the room was adequate and there were enough towels to last the week, which was good as no making room up each day. If you like your bed made your have to make it yourself. The room was clean. But to be honest for $75 dollars a night you get what you pay for but even so not great value for money. But with hotels it always comes down to the acid test of would I stay there again. Answer No.

Avoid at all costs
I RAN away from this place 2 hours after checking in. Roaches were crawling all over the room. It's almost impossible to get any assistance from hotel staff after hours, as their front desk is not staffed 24/7. There were people shouting and fighting in the parking lot the whole time i was there, and the entire building reeked of stale cigarette smoke. It was very dirty and felt very unsafe.

I've stayed at other Woodspring Suites while traveling across the county as it has become by "go to" as I like the simplicity of the rooms. No Carpet and limited furnishings as it is easier to keep clean. This property is nothing even close to the other places I've stayed.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, there was no one in the reception when we arrived and we had to wait for 20mins to checkin, the stuffs were very unfriendly. There was only a couple of towels in the bathroom and when we asked for more they refused to give us anymore towel.

Clean not your usual hotel more like a shelter
The hotel was clean but its not your usual hotel almost like a rooming house. My son had a boxing tournament in the area and this hotel was definitely better than the other hotels in the area. Not sure if they were short staff but it only seemed as though 3 people only worked here. Check in is terrible no one is never at the desk which is important because your turning away customers lined up to get in. Its sad how clean the hotel was the customer service is what makes this hotel suck. Then when its time to checkout the rep who belongs at the desk checking people is away from the desk knocking on doors to get people to leave which i thought was rude. It wasnt a pleasant stay for me felt more like a shelter that people are paying rent. My family and i were very uncomfortable and couldn't wait for it to end

Okay let's start with the chicken there was no chicken the lobby was empty the gate was closed and nobody was there I need to call as service number 500 so I talked to someone and he gave me another number I need to call it was a private number and then I start to fight with this guy to the other end I should come back tomorrow the hotel room was already paid I never have such an experience there was no one in the lobby the hotel was actually not working at all then I enter the room the room was day daylight it was super super bright there was nothing good way to close the windows it was really like a super super poor your furniture the whole state don't go to the hotel never ever woodspring again it is unbelievable

Room was Clean, smelled clean!!
I would have given the highest rating except for the weird way you check in after hours. You have to call on a phone in the lobby, get connected with a call center, then the night clerk after a while comes to check you in. You then have to fill out and sign a bunch of papers like it was a house closing!! The room was was super clean and a very rare thing in low priced motels it smelled great!! It has a little kitchenette to do your own cooking if you like. I would go back.

Don't stay here
Don't waste your money. This hotel is a rip off. Read the papers they give you to sign. They will attempt to charge you for any and everything. They will also lie to you about fees. The clerk will state one price while it's listed as another. The rooms aren't clean, there are no amenities, if you need assistance, you won't receive it in a timely manner as there is no one at the front desk. You have to use a phone in the lobby in order to call someone to the front desk. You will wait in a hot and cramped area with other patrons who are just as upset with the service as you are. There are other bad reviews of this hotel. Believe them. Save your money and time and stay somewhere else. I wish I did.

Only air in the building is in the rooms. No hot water for shower and faucets. Mold in bathrooms and needs update badly. Pillows are flat and stingy w Tissue paper. Must bring everything you need to use in kitchen, front desk is not manned 24hrs....

The hotel manager/owner is extremely cheap. There's a long list of extra charges if you err in any way that you have to sign to when you check in. For example a $25 charge for a new key, a $10 charge if you forget a key in the middle of the night, and a $25 charge when you stain any of their linens (not sure if it was per towel or for the whole lot). It's very uncommon from any other hotel stay I've had and is the opposite of a good business plan. It's as if they treat their customers like children. Not to mention the metal frame for a bed, very thin blankets, and plastic chairs on linoleum "wood" floors. I decided to drive 4 hours home after running a 30 mile race instead of staying in the hotel another night (which I had already paid for).

I booked a room and they gave it away to someone else, so when I arrived I had nowhere to go and they didn’t refund my money and the guy at the front desk couldn’t speak proper English and had a bad attitude with me the whole time! This hotel needs to be shut down as soon as possible!

The room was disgusting, there was a towel that looked like a gorilla gave birth on it. When I tried to check out early the manager would not refund me the nights I didn't use. Wood spring suites Fayetteville is right next to a strip club with plenty of homless trannys to sing to you. Not an exaggeration. A bum in a rhinestone dress sang to me while I went walked to my ride. Nothing against it, just a lot to process before breakfast is all.
