Renovated cozy, clean and beautifully furnished. So close everything you will need! Whether it be a quick run to Walmart/Walgreens or to our local restaurants... we have you covered.

This spot can not be beat, as it's right off of Fayetteville's main highway and just few minutes from the University of Arkansas.

Beautiful property inside

Very smooth check-in, the inside of the home was clean and new and spacious for the three of us. Two large bedrooms and a bathroom plus kitchen, family room and laundry. One car garage parking was a huge bonus!. Proximity to the university of Arkansas was great. We were a bit taken aback when we pulled into the neighborhood. The neighborhood, specifically that street, seemed to be very sketchy however we didn’t hear of or see any signs of trouble. This has nothing to do with the hosts because they provided a great indoor space.

Clean & comfortable stay

We were in town for a baseball tournament, the location was close to campus & highway, but on semi-busy street. The inside was very clean & comfortable, just as pictured. Very nice washer/dryer, great for cleaning uniforms after games. Didn’t use kitchen much, but it appeared to have everything you would need to cook dinners. Patio could use seating options.

We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place! A bonus was the recliner in the bedroom. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures and description. It is a duplex. We will definitely be staying there again.

The best! Great for cyclists.

I almost want to give a bad review so no-one else books when I come back ! House was spotless and well appointed. Having a garage was key for us with bikes, and we had tons of space. Location is really good, you can ride to centennial. Neighborhood was quiet. Some of the surrounding properties look a little shabby but it’s a great. Community. Will book again!

Above and beyond expectations

This property was as described in the listing. The hosts were more than gracious! I appreciated all of the extras; full service laundry amenities, GOOD towels, sheets, ECT. Stocked coffee bar.. it felt like home. The location was perfect for us as it was close to the Chile pepper XC festival and to the university. Very reasonably priced! Hopefully this rental will be available again next year!

Lovely Home - Great Location

This duplex is very cute and clean. It was equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. We came to town for a baseball tournament and the location was great - about 5 min to the stadium. Our hosts were incredibly helpful and quick to respond to communications. Would definitely book again!

Has a one car garage with opener for security. Great little house for game day. Easy access to the campus for a quick drive over. Have us the time to see our daughter and catch a basketball and football game that weekend.
