'The hotel is just new and has all the potential for a great stay, but currently some of the little things just make it not a 5/5. Our room wasn’t clean (there were nail clippings in the sink!) and when we mentioned it to the desk, it took 2 days for it to be actually cleaned.. in tulum you basically go everywhere by bike, but a 2 person room only gets 1 bike.. so you still end up paying. ' A Lot of noise. There was a bachelor weekend party and they booked us as a family on the same side. Very basic noise. No clean sheets (apparantly rust, but it looked like blood), my kids had small bugs in theorie beds. The location is good in overpriced Tulum. '
