'Property is as advertised, I would recommend that you bring a bag of ice , can’t keep up with a big family, and to bring extra towels or be running multiple loads a day like I did if you’re going to be doing the beach, hot tub, and the necessary showers, you need lots of towels'

'Great house for a short stay in Santa Cruz. Spacious for a family of 5. Just a very short drive to great restaurants and the Boardwalk. The host was easy to get ahold of. They responded very quickly to my messages.'

'The place was perfect! Our cars never left the area once we arrived. We spent our time between the house and the beach! There was ample amount of dishes and silverware for the amount of people the house sleeps. There was some beach stuff too which was perfect! There was a Very small list of negatives 1.the oven part of the stove didn’t work right and we couldn’t use it. But the stove top worked fine. 2. The ice machine would pop out and all yellow/brown ice cub once in a while and not sure why....

'This property is fabulous! Being on Soquel Creek, even with people strolling the Riverwalk, was so peaceful and enjoyable! Parking spaces in Capitola are amazing and this had space for 2 if needed. And it all looks exactly like the pictures. We so enjoyed staying here and hated to leave! Would definitely recommend and return ourselves.'
