'The first out of three rooms we looked at had blood stains, dirty mattress, sheet stained, smelled dirty and mildewed. My son has allergies and they started acting up upon entering the hotel and worse’s just going into the room. The second room had toilet stains, dirty sheets, and smelled also. At this point I contacted the guest service lady. She let us see another room on a different floor and it was in the same shape. 'Zeer goede locatie, en comfortabel hotel. We konden niet beter wensen. Dit was wel even 20' weg met de wagen naar downtown, maar is zeer rustig gelegen en hadden alles wat nodig was in de buurt. Was aanbevolen door een vriend.'

'Beautiful rooms with modern amenities, lots of space, and historic touches. It was perfect staying here while my daughter had a wrestling tournament across the street. Very convenient. With the onsite bar and restaurant, it's a nice place to stay for any purpose. '

The gentleman Kyle at the front desk was able to resolve this situation within 30 mins. 2) The thermostat "display" on our 1st floor room did not show the essential details. 3) The window on the 1st floor room were not locked when we arrived. 4) The Fitness room was apparently in the process of being remodeled. 'Beautiful home. Charles, the grounds keeper, was excellent. My only suggestion is to put some kind of handle bar on the wall in the shower, to hang onto when necessary. Other than that, I highly recommend this place'

'Checking in at early morning hours is a joke. They lock you outside and talk to you on a phone only to tell you they can’t find your itinerary number which is on your receipt they can’t find it in their system. Makes you wait outside at 2am until you find the 2nd receipt number only for you to have to call them again on the phone and be told she’s pumping for her “kid” in the NICU and you’re going to have to wait some more. Lady sounded like she was heavily intoxicated and in the clouds...
