The gentleman Kyle at the front desk was able to resolve this situation within 30 mins. 2) The thermostat "display" on our 1st floor room did not show the essential details. 3) The window on the 1st floor room were not locked when we arrived. 4) The Fitness room was apparently in the process of being remodeled. 'The first out of three rooms we looked at had blood stains, dirty mattress, sheet stained, smelled dirty and mildewed. My son has allergies and they started acting up upon entering the hotel and worse’s just going into the room. The second room had toilet stains, dirty sheets, and smelled also. At this point I contacted the guest service lady. She let us see another room on a different floor and it was in the same shape. At this point we left the hotel and the service lady told us to contact...

'Zeer goede locatie, en comfortabel hotel. We konden niet beter wensen. Dit was wel even 20' weg met de wagen naar downtown, maar is zeer rustig gelegen en hadden alles wat nodig was in de buurt. Was aanbevolen door een vriend.'
