'Zeer vriendelijk personeel, gemakkelijk restaurant aan de overkant, goede locatie. Maar een te donker hotel, veel en veel te weinig licht en of lichtpunten. Zeker kamer 206, hebben we dan ook geweigerd, zo donker! Je zou er claustofobisch van worden. Verder is t hotel ook te slecht verlicht, binnen en buiten.'

'We got an unexpected upgrade. The room turned into an apartment. It was clean, comfortable, large, and right next to the city plaza. We had a great night's sleep, and enjoyed strolling the local area. I will definitely book here again. The staff is exceptional!'

'Signore Dante was absolutely amazing, his customer service was priceless! Housekeeping was really helpful as well! The bathroom wasn't clean when I arrived and she did a deep clean and disinfected it. Very big room and delicious breakfast as well. There are no buses on Sunday, and it's difficult to get to Rasiglia, so plan in advance. There's not much around either, but beautiful nature. The swimming pool wasn't open or clean either.
