'The owner and her father were very friendly and helpful. The room was a little too small for 1 week holiday and the bathroom could be more modern but all in all a must, especially considering the price. We had a slightly more expensive room with balcony on the first floor, facing the sea. The weather was beautiful and very pleasant for the end of October. On the other side of the street (on the corner) there is the possibility to get lunch and diner at a very democratic price. Recommended..'

'A noisy out dated hotel, which is connected to the Porto hotel next door. Good location & a decent varied breakfast, but take your own tea bags if you want an English cuppa, as they only have flavoured teas. A kettle would have been useful in the room too. The bed was comfortable although very creeky. You can hear everything outside & in the rooms next door. There were weird pumping noises from somewhere within the premises at midnight & early in the morning, plus a man talking loudly outside...
