'Customer service needs major improvement. They need to communicate better. Instead of helping they become very rude. They do not tell you their policy and then confirm they received your request, but never apologize. Receptionist hangs up the call and then doesn’t answer just to later say “you got cut off”. Our room was not as bad. It was clean. But their reps need better training. They are dealing with paying customers. '
