'Clean room'

'Not value for money. The service was dismal. We had to wait around 15 mins to check in. The room didn’t feel clean as expected; it had a weird smell. Overall, it feels short of the cleanliness and services expected from a three starred hotel.'

'Kinda of a dump… very old. House keeping did not come… we had to go to the front desk for towels. We were there for a week. Very disappointed'

'We were enamored with the sink. Never had we seen such an inventive approach to marine line aesthetic and gold rimming. The coffee was from a famous brand called armpit Arabica and was a must. There are no hoovers, but Chencha mops the floors regularly. Popular with 3 girls and papi protection. De riguer. Arrive by LIR strictly and dazzle'

'Problems with the room: the lock on the bathroom door didn’t work and there was no cold water coming out of the bathroom sink. Also, no shampoo or conditioner – I had to go to the front desk, and they only had a shampoo bar, which was very poor and no conditioner. Lastly, the cord on the phone came out of the receiver and wouldn’t click back in, which disconnected my phone call with the front desk when they called to check in to see if everything was OK.'

'This establishment was suppose to be a smoke free zone. It was NOT. The room smelled strong of cigarettes. Mold was in the shower. I had to wipe down everything with Clorox wipes. Rugs were filthy including room door. Toilet was dirty, the toilet top to the tank did not fit the toilet and was left with a gap. When speaking to the front desk, the employee was nice and willing to help right away, however she wasn’t able to do much. Manager was not on premise and was unable to reach according to...
