'Nice, cosy hotel, friendly service! Affordable (in comparison to the expensive neighbourhoud). Breakfast was very basic (no seating, only bagels), shared bathrooms and the bed was a bit uncomfortable.'

'Gave an extended weekend trip to my sister and brother in law for their 59th birthdays. They had an amazing relaxing time. They are repeat visitors at the Palms because it is second to none on Ocean Beach. Bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas provided making it stress free. Staff is always accommodating including assisting with luggage at the dock. They took their own boat and the staff still met them and assisted. 'FIP is heavenly. The property exceeded my expectations! Lovely small staff team is present and friendly and made for a lovely stay. More importantly, the heated pool was beyond - worth the trip alone!!! '
