'One of the best hotels in Shanghai, with a President's and Royal suite that has been used by the big and powerful people on Earth. A few years ago they were overbooked and I got the president's suit (in basic state, of course - if a real president would show up for sure all tapestry and so on would be changed). This time a normal suite. Hotel is somewhat ageing, but still top class - something you pay for, of course. All amenities and staff are flawless. Great garden. '

'Hidden gem in great neighbourhood. The rooms may be up for renovation soon, but they are still comfortable enough. Great place overall and a place of historical significance. '

'Nice hotel, nice apartements in a very good area (Xintiandi) with direct access to Hongkong Plaza mall. Downstairs at B1 level you also find a small Lawson supermarket to buy some drinks and small food. In the mall I can recommend the Japanese restaurant at the second floor. WA also working very well '

'Ruime, eenvoudig ingericht, appartement (kamer, keuken, slaapkamer, toilet/douche). Keuken was goed ingericht (nespresso, waterkoker, rijstkoker, grote koelkast, magnetron, wasmachine). Iedere dag schoongemaakt (toiletpapier, flesjes water, nespresso cups, theezakjes, slipper). Enige punt van kritiek is dat je er soms wel even voor moest vragen. Openbaarvervoer op korte afstand (metro 8 en 14). Loopafstand Xintandi, Yuyang en Peoples Square en de Bunt: 10 - 20 minuten. Veel moderne eettentjes...

'整體而言是一間綜合體驗很棒的酒店，整潔、員工服務、地理位置、隔音等都相當優秀，美中不足之處在於房間內未有全身鏡，室內也較昏暗(可能是特有的風格)。未來若再訪上海，此處仍是首選!'

'Got an earlier check-in as usual and a room on a higher floor. Thank you Jin Jiang Tower for my stay. Plus the housekeeping ladies were so friendly to clean my room in the afternoon because I slept in until noon :-).'

'We were very pleased to be upgraded to stay at Jinglai Hotel on Jingling Road due to building works across the road at Jinglai Bushe making our room too noisy. Great room, the view of the Bund was fantastic, and the service was very friendly. Would highly recommend Jinglai Hotel, Jingling Road'

'Gezellig hotel op super goede locatie in het centrum van Shanghai. Onbtijt is uitgebreid genoeg, terras aan de ontbijt/eet ruimte, kamers zijn rustig al hadden wij wat last van straatlawaai aan de voorzijde. Bedden zijn HEMELS!!'

'Hotel is in very good location . There are lots of restaurants around area and a nice coffee shop just across the street . It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the subway. All staffs of the hotel are friendly and helpful. The room is big and clean. Happy experience for staying in the hotel for two nights.'
