'This is a very clean and new hotel. The cleanliness is top notch. Robot delivery is convenient and save us some energy from going down to the lobby to receive the food. The hotel dont have a proper dropoff so didi has to manoeuvre the single road lane in and out of the hotel. 'One of the best hotels in Shanghai, with a President's and Royal suite that has been used by the big and powerful people on Earth. A few years ago they were overbooked and I got the president's suit (in basic state, of course - if a real president would show up for sure all tapestry and so on would be changed). This time a normal suite. Hotel is somewhat ageing, but still top class - something you pay for, of course. All amenities and staff are flawless. Great garden. '
