Bathtub on our deck was aqesome! Heated floors in bathroom. Very roomy for two people. Very clean. 5 minute walk to beach or to shops or restaurants. We'll be back!'

"The Alder Inn is very well located in South Lake Tahoe. Nice setting, very close to the beach and about a 30-minute walk to the stores and restaurants in Heavenly Village. Property seems a bit dated and it is a bit weird that there is no staff on-site. This did not hinder my stay however. The rooms could use a bit of an update, to bring them a bit more into 2024. But it was comfortable, rooms are spacious and it's very easy to get too."
