'This home fit our family needs perfectly. Close to Tahoe City and the lake. Wish we would have had a few more days to take advantage of everything. The HOA access to the private beach and facilities is really nice. Kitchen is well stocked and as we had a family with a one year old, we did cook a number of meals there. Beds were comfortable with nice bedding. Zach, the property manager was amazing. His communication was quick and he took great care of us.Yes, I would definitely recommend...

'Water's Edge gets 5 stars for location. It was perfect. The house itself was fine but a little tired in terms of decor and fittings. It is not flat into the house and could do with a portable ramp to help those with wheelchairs to easily access the house....but was still achievable. Our main problem was not with the house but with the management company that looked after the house. We were not forewarned that the plot next to the house was being developed. We had building noise from 7:15 each...

'Very cute cabin with lots of alpine cabin decor that helped immerse us in the Tahoe experience, including the skylights that let us view the forest around us. The nearby private beach club was beautiful, and the short stroll over to nearby Sunnyside and Shadyside restaurants was convenient when we wanted to eat out. The beautiful bike route was close by and we were able to ride to it directly from the cabin. Carolyn was a pleasure to work with and we look forward to coming back.'
