Beautiful views inside and out, it’s quiet, serene, 13 min from town, close to many trails, 7 private rooms - several with private baths, big community space for eating and being together but also plenty of space to be alone. 'We had a wonderful week at the Log Lodge. This property is very unique and has a lot of history in the house itself and also in the carefully curated collection of art and other fun antique artifacts that the owners have decorated it with. The property itself is larger than most Tahoe area lots, and the dog-friendly policy was wonderful for us. 'Het is wat je van een lodge kunt verwachten. Heel basic maar prima. Wij slapen in kamer 12. Kamer niet al te groot, uitzicht op het bod en badkamer is prima. Het ontbijt is goed. Voor ieder war wils. vlak bij is een park met secoia bomen. Yosimeti park is nog een redelijk eind rijden. Zeker drie uur maar de weg er naar toe is prachtig.'
