'DO NOT STAY HERE. Very disappointed with our experience. If you arrive after 10:00 p.m., be aware that the parking garage is closed and there is no front desk staff on duty. 'Ebony at Smokey Joe's cafe was amazing. When we couldn't find our food comp, she walked us to guest services where we met Linda, who was equally amazing. Not only did she find our comp, she tripled it for our "inconvenience." We were not inconvenienced in the least; we enjoyed chatting with Linda. All in all, a trip that greatly exceeded our expectations based on the service we obtained. We will definitely be back!'

Visited the Sportsman Paradise restaurant on site. Food was good, but the staff not very attentive. Casino was clean and staff pleasant. Overall, decent and in a good location.'

'The room was super humid despite setting the AC on 68, very uncomfortable. The TV worked poorly though staff put in a good effort to try to make it work properly. Staff was a consistent positive but the humid room was grim. I've encountered this in other hotel/motels as well. WTH? Location was nothing special, but was surprisingly quiet given close proximity to a major highway. Breakfast was typical of this type of lodging...reasonably good. Good coffee! Cheerful staff!'

'I liked that the hotel was close to the highway. Not only was our room very dirty, it smelled dirty and disgusting. The carpet was very old, stained and extremely dirty. The dust/dirt on the furniture have been built up for quite sometime. It seemed the room had not been cleaned for months.
