'We absolutely loved our stay! It was the perfect location, quiet but just a short walk to Riverside drive. Walked every morning to Bella’s for coffee and we’d walk the river walk and sit by the river having our coffee. Peaceful. House was perfect. Walking distance to park and grocery store. Nice neighborhood, clean and so friendly! The house had everything we needed, from coffee to a filled Brita pitcher. Master bedroom had the comfiest bed. Our only complaint is that the second bedroom's bed...

'Perfect location! Walked to all our destinations and enjoyed the outdoors!'

'We had a wonderful time on Wellesley Island with The Rectory as our home base. There was plenty of space for three generations to gather and also to have their own space. We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces - a beautiful, peaceful setting amongst the trees. The host responded quickly and helpfully to all our questions. '

'The interior of the house is very nice, pretty much everything has been updated. The only bathroom is upstairs and there’s no outdoor space. Hosts are very thoughtful in the way they prep the house.'

'Our second time staying at this beautiful location! We all loved it from the beach, to the porch where you can watch the freighters! Great place for our 3 boats as well - safe harbor and strong docks! '

'The house was large and comfortable for our group of 8 adults and 1 toddler. The deck had a great view of the water and all the boats/ships coming and going. The kitchen was well stocked minus a couple things (no cheese grater/shredder or scissors) and we loved the 2 dishwashers which made cleanup so much easier! There were a lot of various oils and spices in the cabinets but definitely need to bring your own foil and cling wrap/plastic containers for leftovers.The host Richard was great and...

'Check in was a breeze. Our host George was easy to reach and communicate with. The house is roomy and comfortable. It is close to shops and Uncle Sam's boat tours in Alexandria Bay. The house is off a quiet, picturesque road making it a nice place to get away and relax. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely rent out the house again '

'This was our third year in a row staying here and it will not be our last. Amazing location, amazing property, always clean and comfortable. Its a short walk to downtown, you are right on the water to access your boat, and Carnagie marina is located directly across from the property, making parking your vehicle and boat trailer so easy and painless. The owners are always responsive and helpful. I cannot recommend this propery enough! We love it and look forward to coming here every summer. '

'We had an amazing time at the house! Stunning view and great sunsets over the St. Lawrence. We kayaked in the protected bay and made it out to a couple of nearby islands. We took a tour of two island castles, jaunted over to Canada for the day, hiked in the Thousand Islands State Park, and swam at the sandy beach at Grass Point State Park (with shorty wetsuits). An amazing vacation to close out the summer! Nearby towns of Clayton and Alexandria Bay were cute as well.'
