I've asked for help to cancel to get my money back, they told me to contact Expedia. Fair enough, I've contacted expedia explained the situation. 'The room had a washer dryer, fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, a patio to sit outside, wifi throughout the resort and air condition in the rooms. The bed was comfortable. There was a dining table, a desk, and a sitting area. The hotel restaurant was closed for breakfast, but there were places nearby to eat (I recommend the Ritz Carlton for breakfast). 'The resort was great, driving on the unpaved road was unexpected, but that area was not one to driving at night. Blue hills and conch shack was great but in a taxi not a rented vehicle. We never saw the restaurant open but there wasn’t many families there so understandable. Renting a car was only way to go. Sea grass was all over the beach but maybe seasonal!? But snorkeling was good several hounded meters down beach. '
