'I did not even stay at this property. Even though listing was up on expedia, as soon as I booked, the hotel sent me a message saying it is not available. I've asked for help to cancel to get my money back, they told me to contact Expedia. Fair enough, I've contacted expedia explained the situation. Expedia said they could not contact the hotel and did not refund my money. A service I didn't even use!! Hotel didn't move a finger to help. 'Geweldig hotel met uitstekende excursie faciliteiten op het terrein (bootexcursies, SUP, Kayak, Jet ski etc.). Rustig gelegen, precies waar ik naar op zoek was. Ik hou ervan om rust te hebben en drukte op te zoeken naar behoefte. Winkeltje op het terrein met verrassend goed assortiment voor prijzen gelijk aan de supermarkt. Ook een koffiebar met goede koffie. Zeer ruime kamers, wij hadden een kamer op de 4e verdieping met geweldig uitzicht over zwembad, strand, marina en mangrove. Goede...
'I’ve been to Turks with friends and family several times, but this was the first time I rented a beachfront property with concierge service and it was an amazing experience.
The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line. We also opted for gourmet chef service, and it was a fantastic experience. The villa was impeccably clean, with high-quality towels, shampoo, and all the amenities we could imagine....
'We enjoyed everything and everyone about this property. The only thing we wouldn't recommend is the Opus Restaurant. They were pushy. We were asked what we would like yo drink and we mentioned water for starters and they kept suggesting wine off the bat. They didn’t mention that tbey were going to give us bottled water at $7.50 for each one. When we asked about sitting outside we wish they would've mentioned the fly attack. The restaurant was also pretty dusty inside and nit well kept outside....
'Awesome small scale property with great beach access and walkable to so many restaurants and shops. Grocery is a short walk and a great option to stock the condo. Tons to do or a great place to just relax. We never had issues finding plenty of beach or pool chairs any time of the day. The whole family agrees - we would go back in a heartbeat! '
