'If you want a house that is dripping in charm, check this one out. It's an adorable home with good juju that is only a few minutes walk to the heart of Phoenicia, including the lovely Esopus Creek, of which we provided a photo. We greatly appreciated the comfortable bed, as well as the sauna in the wellness room, and communication with the host was always clear and quick. Although we didn't cook much, the kitchen is thoughtfully appointed; we enjoyed the delicious coffee from the Nescafe...

'Excellent place, we loved the house and it had everything we needed to avoid getting out of the house since we had to go after a snowstorm. A very homey house and the hosts were very attentive and responded very quickly to our inquiries.'

Notes: location is fabulous / owners respond quickly / house needs a good cleaning / plates, cups, pots in the cabinets needed cleaning before use (some really need to be disposed of) / coffee machine worked bring your own filters / bathroom was very dimly lit and the sink drained water extremely slow which needs to addressed / pool table old & could not be leveled we tried / no instructions on how to get the TVs to work / multiple garbage bags from other renters...

'We all had a really great weekend stay! Beautiful view of the pond in the back and a treehouse beyond the pond.The Shaver Hill Sugar House is only a half mile up the road and a nice spot. Dinner nearby at The Hidden Inn was a great meal.The house was comfortable and comfortably fit us well. Owner Anthony was great with communications.A very memorable weekend away!'
