'The best thing about the apartment is its location. It's in a nice neighborhood, very picturesque and close to downtown Manhattan. As for the apartment itself, it's small but comfortable for two or three people, and everything works perfectly. Keep in mind that you have to climb three flights of stairs, which can be tough if you're tired from walking around the city. Otherwise, it's impeccable. '

'The place is disgusting. The renter doesn't communicate with you about anything. We waited in the cold of NYC for 3 hours for the key. The owner gave us the wrong code for the key fob. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE OWNER IS GARBAGE.'

'This is a cute loft apartment. Access to the apartment is up two flights of stairs, and the apartment is close to other apartments. There are two full/queen beds, and a sofa that folds into a bed. It is perfect for a family! There were one or two cosmetic defects (scratches on frig, chip on bathroom cabinet) but it was totally fine! It is a kitchenette. Near markets, pizza. About 15 minute walk to time square. I would recommend!!'
