'They had a good breakfast with lots of choices. The pool was smaller and cold. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. We had ants on the third floor It was close to Walmart and gas stations and food options. Good location.'

'Front desk guy was nice. Room was not clean enough and was in bad shape. Weird smell when we entered, which we later found out was an uncleaned microwave that was SUPER greasy to the touch. I travel with disinfecting wipes, so was able to resolve myself. Mirror in bathroom had obviously not been cleaned (splatters all over it). Bed was comfortable. Pillows were fine. Air conditioning worked. Broken tile in bathroom. Door wouldn't latch properly (but they DID fix it promptly). Definitively the...

'Immidiately overwhelmed by the smell of curry and incense when I walked in. Staff was helpful enough to get me checked in but nothing beyond that. Room was fine (obviously it's cheap so you get what you pay for). Shower was gross looking so I skipped that. Overall the hotel was barely worth the $80 I spent but I had no other choice.'

'Hot tub didn’t work so we basically had a bubble free bath. Ask housekeeping to Not service room of 2 night stay. They went into room anyway when we were gone. Morning of check out, housekeeping came into room without knocking, even though we had sign on door that we weren’t ready, nor had we checked out yet. They almost caught me changing my clothes. No apology just shut door and went about their business on the next room.'

'Staff is great! They were out of common supplies…bags for ice (they gave us a shopping bag), plastic cups (we had one coffee cup, but they brought more), and plastic ware in dining area for to go order. Unfortunately it is not easy to stream our favorite shows anymore. I wish the rooms had a refrigerator, but it can be rented if available.'

'There were a lot of food choices very close to the hotel. The hotel also had a free breakfast as well as an evening meal. The Florence Mall was close, it had some decent stores but unfortunately it appears to have fallen on some hard times as there were a number of vacant properties in the mall. The staff were extremely helpful, when we checked in the desk attendant provide information on everything available in the hotel without prompting. I found that helpful.
