'The staff was great'

'Staff was nice but when you have issuses with the clicker to the TV they will tell you to use the buttons on the TV. TV had a back sound like its about to die. Not all lights worked. Thank goodness for the sun. The windows had somethin on it so could not really see out. Cig buds next to end table not ours we so dont smoke. Allergies... main door looks like some one bashed it in with wood broken. Door does close an lock tho. No Springdale system just a smoke detector. Its ok for a night but...

'A beautiful hotel. very clean, comfortable rooms. The shades on the windows are great. I like a very dark room to sleep on and the shades are top notch. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was great. The balcony was beautiful but I was too tired to use it.'

'Would give it a 5 Star rating except for 2 things. 1) More parking space is needed. Spouse and I went to concert and got back to hotel around 11pm and there was no parking spaces available. Usually, you may blame trucks or trailers being the reason but there were none in the lot that I saw, just autos. 2) For everything great about this hotel, and that is 99.9% of things, their choice of toilet paper was horrific. One ply thin sheeted rolls that you'd expect at an Econolodge or some other 1-2...

'Worst hotel stay ever. There were roaches in our bathroom, we saw two of them as soon as we got there. The floors were still dirty. You could feel your feet sticking to them and also it made a weird noise everytime you stepped. We would have left, except there was a tornado at that point in time. This is not the hotels fault, but the tornado knocked out electricity and we had no AC all night and there was no breakfast (though we probably wouldn’t have eaten it anyway given the roaches.)'

'Great stay we had to book last minute. The gentleman at the desk (pony tail and glasses) was so helpful and the positivity I needed after our horrible check in at holiday inn express (we cancelled and stayed at Tru instead). The room was great. Only complaint is I do not think it was vacuumed well. Crumbs in the floor. Looked like someone enjoyed ritz crackers. The 3rd floor also smelled of mildew in the hallway (not the room). Overall great stay! Would recommend!'

'The bathroom door wouldn’t even close, let alone lock. The room was dirty and had an unpleasant smell. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Overall, the stay was disappointing and did not meet my expectations.'

'Called us and said we didn't have a reservation and told us to get out, we went down to desk and showed them the receipt of purchase.they found the reservation for our stay.'

'The extra sink and medium size refrigerator/freezer is big deal for us. Nice bed with good mattress and good breakfast. When we travel Home 2 Suites is our preferred place to stay.'
