'I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I booked my room almost two weeks in advance and requested a top-floor room before check-in because I'm a light sleeper. When we arrived, the front desk told us every top-floor room was sold out, so we were placed on the first floor. What really bothered me was seeing guests who checked in after us getting rooms on the top floor. That made it feel like our request and early reservation...

'This property is older than I thought. For an example the air conditioner barely worked in my room. In the bathroom it had like a sewer smell. There was only 1 slow old elevator. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean. This hotel needs to be renovated.'

'The staff were amazing and was very helpful! Had a small dog with us and they had treats for her and had little station's outside with doggy bags for when she needed to go. The rooms were very clean, kids loved the pool, and the breakfast was great. Even had a make your own waffle station. The fitness room was nice as well, even had a yogo mat, with thing to sanitize anything you use!'

'Hotel was nice and location good, adjacent to a main road with all the shops and restaurants you’d want. But tucked away enough that you wouldn’t know you were in a busy area. Staff was friendly and room clean. Breakfast was okay, seemed like heat and serve faux eggs and sausage.'
