Thank your for the feedback. The profile is clear and it’s notified that the rooms are on a First floor with no elevator so it should be clean that if you book you agree on that or, if you have problems taking stairs, you choose another place with elevator.

Thank you for the feedback. the price you paid is basic for the location and the B&B you booked. you could have paid double and choose a 5 stars hotel and for sure you find something to complain about.

However, your opinion towards us seems very unfair and we will try to explain why:- yes, the regular check-in time starts at 3pm to allow previous guests to check out and housekeeping staff to clean the rooms. But, as indicated in the emails (to which you have never answered!), if guests have different needs, they are invited to write/call us before arrival to arrange a different check-in time with us;- you say that the bed and breakfast is difficult to find, but this is nothing short of strange: in reality it is located in one of the MAIN squares of Florence (not in a secondary street, right on the main square!) plus we send to ours guests, immediately after booking, all the information to reach us easily and we also attach photos to show where the door is precisely!!- you have booked a standard room that overlooks the interior of the building and therefore enjoys absolute tranquility; in any case we also have rooms overlooking Piazza della Repubblica and from where you can also admire Giotto's bell tower, however this was not your choice at the time of booking;- regarding the taxi-airport issue, it seems from your words that you are blaming the problem on us. At the moment of your arrival it was explained to you that first of all on the side of the square there is a taxi stand, we also gave you the number of the taxi to call at the time of your need, from the comfort of your room. All our guests do this. This is because we know that the Florence taxi service does not accept advance reservations, but this does not mean that you had to look for a taxi all over Florence at night. It was your personal choice to go to the airport at 10:30 pm without even checking the timetables of the airport. In any case, once you realized that the airport is closed at night, it is not true that you could not return to Emozioni Fiorentine because even if you did not physically have the keys you had the access codes to enter, codes that were given to you at check-in.In fact, our structure adopts a modern approach and all the doors also open digitally, so as to allow our guests absolute and full autonomy.In conclusion, we are sorry that Emozioni Fiorentine did not fully meet your needs, however our services, the fact that it is not a hotel, the reception hours, the times for check-in and check-out, and the facilities of the rooms are clearly indicated on our site and anyone can read them before booking, deciding if Emozioni Fiorentine is the right choice for their needs.It is absolutely not fair to give a negative rating for services that we have not said to offer or for problems that are beyond our competence.Best regards.

Hello Nazanin,we are sorry that your stay with us was not entirely satisfactory. Unfortunately I believe that there have been some misunderstandings, for example, to your question as to why there was no quilt on the bed, you were told that it is not ON the bed because the temperatures in September are hot, but that each room is equipped with an extra blanket, folded up in the closet, that you can use at will. When you reported problems for the hot water we activated immediately, but the boiler was perfectly working (in fact no other guests were having problems), same thing when you reported other small problems, as you also wrote, we ALWAYS activated promptly to respond to your needs to the best of our ability.Finally, as for the other guests who rang the bell, we are sorry they disturbed you but unfortunately the behavior of rude guests is beyond our control.In any case, we will take your criticisms into consideration to improve our service.Thank you

Like all ancient buildings in Florence, we do not have a swimming pool. A mistake was made on the online booking site and it was not our fault.
