Signoria Design Retreat is a modern and recently renovated apartment located on Via Ghibellina, in the historic center of Florence. The property is situated on the second floor of a classic Florentine building. An elevator is available starting from the first floor, however guests must climb a short flight of stairs to reach the lift. From the second floor there are additional stairs leading to the apartment entrance, and inside the apartment there are five internal steps. The apartment offers comfortable and functional interiors designed with a modern style. The property features two bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a queen size bed, wardrobe, and air conditioning, providing a quiet and comfortable space for rest. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed, desk, wardrobe, TV, air conditioning, and direct access to a private balcony. The apartment can accommodate up to six guests thanks to a sofa bed located in the living room. The living area is a bright open-plan space that includes a seating area with sofa and TV, a dining table, and a modern kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and essential cooking equipment. The apartment also features a private balcony, offering a pleasant outdoor space where guests can relax after a day exploring the city. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, Smart TV, washing machine, dryer, iron, and hairdryer.
