Completely renovated in 2024, the careful renovation has enhanced the traditional details of the ancient building, such as the traditional Impruneta terracotta floor, creating a perfect mix between the ancient and the functional of its equipment and giving this apartment a romantic, warm and welcoming atmosphere.
You enter the apartment on the second floor in an open space with living room and kitchen. Comfortable seating, a fireplace and Tuscan solid wood furniture immediately create a welcoming atmosphere where you feel at home. Here there is also a very comfortable double sofa bed, which can be used as an alternative to the double bed in the attic. The Italian atmosphere is enhanced by real oil paintings and Florentine decorations. Three steps lead into the kitchen that is fully equipped to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner as often as you want and also has a washing machine.
A small spiral staircase leads to the romantic attic with the large double bed, wardrobe and sloping ceiling.
From here you can access the terrace, a real jewel of the apartment, a perfect place to relax and let your thoughts wander after a busy day of sightseeing in the city. Here you can enjoy the view of the roofs of Florence in complete tranquility: the tower of the Palazzo Vecchio with its clock dominates the horizon and you can see, among the green trees, the unmistakable dome of the Duomo.
The bedroom and terrace are located on the third floor and are reached via an internal spiral staircase.
