We were on the 5th floor and we had to allow the water to run for almost 10 mins to get hot and even then it wasn’t as hot as I’m used to at hotels. 'AWFUL experience here! Incompetent and rude customer service. Forgot my camera bag, and housekeeper stole it. Management never apologized. They were able to get camera back a few days later, but I was already home and had to drive 5 hours back to get it. Manager is rarely there and doesn't respond to phone calls.'

'I enjoyed my stay at Fairfield Inn. Shuttle picked us up from the airport, driver was very friendly and helped us with our bags. 'The room is literally tiny no closet space and it’s not good. If you’re tall I do not suggest going here if you’re over 6 feet tall and no more than two people for real. If even literally there’s like no room to move.
