'The staff was great and very attentive. Rooms were nice. One of my complaints was the hot water situation. We were on the 5th floor and we had to allow the water to run for almost 10 mins to get hot and even then it wasn’t as hot as I’m used to at hotels. 'AWFUL experience here! Incompetent and rude customer service. Forgot my camera bag, and housekeeper stole it. Management never apologized. They were able to get camera back a few days later, but I was already home and had to drive 5 hours back to get it. Manager is rarely there and doesn't respond to phone calls.'

'The room is literally tiny no closet space and it’s not good. If you’re tall I do not suggest going here if you’re over 6 feet tall and no more than two people for real. If even literally there’s like no room to move. It’s great if you just need to place for the night, it’s in a convenient area and the staff are very very very sweet And there’s parking right out front and if you’re taking public transportation, the bus literally drops you off right in front of the hotel.
