"The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location is a big plus: quiet, yet easily accessible by public transport (two subway stations within walking distance). It was also nice that the deposit was refunded quickly — within three hours after check-out on Revolut. We received a room upgrade, which we appreciated, but unfortunately the mobile air conditioner was connected through the window and mounted in such a way that I couldn’t close the window at first. Luckily, I managed to fix it myself since I always carry a small screwdriver when travelling. This allowed us to close the window at night and enjoy a good night’s rest. Overall, a good hotel to sleep with good beds on a good location and friendly staff for a good price. but more attention should be given to room maintenance/practical details."
