'The room was clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Great for sea view but very dated and needed some repair and update. Unfortunately we didn’t sleep as the room either side of us keep slamming doors all night and arguing'

Dit is echter geen hotel , wel een veredelde " kamer met ontbijt " waarbij je op voorhand moest melden wat je wenste te eten ( met een beperkte keuze . Geen lift , zeer veel trappen tot het. derde verdiep . Beperkte aanwezigheid van , vermoedelijk , jobstudentes die alles , receptie ea moesten doen moesten doen ( tussen het roken ). Voor dezelfde prijs waren onze vrienden , tegelijk met ons , in een echt hotel'

'Difficult to find, on a fishmarket, no way to check in earlier then 3pm (even when the room is ready), but Folkestone is great, that makes it more then okay! Room is small but very cosy. No closets, bathroom is small and not practical. Good bed, super view, great (expensive) diner at Rocksalt restaurant. Very nice stay'

'Host cancelled a few hours before check in, after we had already travelled to the location. Absolutely disgusting treatment, they claimed to have double booked the property but how is that possible to only discover that on the day of check in? Owner should be banned from Vrbo'

'We hadden bericht gekregen dat de deur open was, na het verblijf met enige moeite gevonden te hebben konden we er zo in. De eigenaren waren thuis en heetten ons hartelijk welkom. Veel ruimte, een groot bed van goede kwaliteit, ook in de keuken was alles aanwezig om zelf te kunnen koken. '
