'In great location and the price was good. Can walk to beach, downtown, etc. Bathroom had a good amount of mold. AC in bedroom didn't work and it was pretty muggy and uncomfortable.'

I gave it a four star because of that but probably should be a three star. This is a quaint little hotel great location perfect for being around the shops in downtown Waikiki, but it definitely has its negative. 'If I could give a -10 rating for our experience with this property I would. They didn't have our reservations, which may possibly not gave been completely their fault, but ZERO COMMUNICATION from any business is unacceptable. We had to spend the first handful of our vacation trying to communicate with them & ultimately had to find other accommodations. No one wants to start off their bucket list trying this way. I would definitely not recommend.'
