'De accomodatie lag op een geweldige plek. Vlakbij betaalbare winkelstraten met veel eetgelegenheden maar ook in de buurt van een prachtige winkelstraat met de bekende duurdere merken. Ook Waikiki beach lag op enkele minuten lopen. Parkeren is wel een dingetje maar aldoende leert men en is er echt gratis te parkeren bij het kanaal of in de wat verder gelegen straten van de woonwijk. Wij verbleven met z'n drieën in het appartement en dat was goed te doen. Alles is goed geregeld door de eigenaar...

'I travel on and off the island a lot and I’ve stated pretty much every hotel in Waikiki in the old adage goes you get what you pay for. I gave it a four star because of that but probably should be a three star. This is a quaint little hotel great location perfect for being around the shops in downtown Waikiki, but it definitely has its negative. 'We stayed at Island Colony Resort and our studio was on the 28th floor and it had a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. There is a short walk to the beach on a beautiful street. The studio has two queen beds, a glass top stove, sink, refrigerator, dining table, coffee machine, toaster, dishes, and cookware. The bathroom was very clean & the water pressure was amazing. In short, we had everything that we needed it. The hallway was maintained clean and the elevators were in working condition...
