Cleanliness was a bit of an issue for our stay, but Brett was super responsive and came out immediately to resolve the issues we discovered. His reponsiveness, friendliness, and desire to make things right really made all the difference for us. It definitely would have been nice to have the listing make clear that the house was attached to an occupied residence...

'We LOVED LOVED LOVED the Seaglass bungalow! It was the perfect house for 8 women and our annual Friendsgiving! Don't let the word bungalow fool you, it's perfect in size, pretty open in the main area and so close to the beach. All the amenities you need for a getaway. Very clean, well-stocked with towels and linens, washer/dryer on site, Keurig pod and drip coffee maker, very well decorated and there are beautiful beach photos on the walls throughout that transcend you and you know you're at the...

'We rented the Mermaid house for a long weekend and loved the view!! Our semi private beach (shared with the other rental) was perfect. The owners dog was the star of the show! He is the cutest guy and got along with the two pups we had in our group. Great communication with Joycelyn and would recommend anyone to stay there. '
