'The location was great as our son is at SUNY Polytechnic. The drive to campus, and other locations in Utica, were all about (10) minutes from everything. The space is comfortable for no more than two people. Michael, the host, was easy to communicate with via the VRBO app or email. The floor of the shower was a little "squishy". Otherwise, it worked for the two day visit to the area. Thanks!'

'We had a nice stay and overall enjoyed our time here. The property was clean, had plenty of seating, and the host was very nice, responsive, and helpful. 'This is our second stay at this Vrbo. We use it for our annual four wheeling trip, when we have 3-4 guests. The house is off the main road and only has one neighbor at this time. You can fit two trailers and two trucks in the driveway with no issue. When you first walk into the house, there is a huge mudroom so your helmets and any muddy, boots, jackets, etc. can be taken off right at the door and hung up, which is very accommodating.
