'The Ivy Cottage was lovely and cozy had everything you would need, the only thing we weren't aware of was that the owner still lived in part of the property,we thought we rented the whole property the area where the owner stayed was completely sealed off from the area we were in so it wasnt really a problem but it did make my wife and daughter uncomfortable with the thought they could access where we were. Michael reassured us that this wouldn't happen and was very communicative throughout.'

'A lovely find in Laurencekirk. Great base lots of interesting places to visit nearby.Kirsty was very helpful and informative. Lovely walks roundabout for the dogs, and a park about 150 yard’s away. The cottage had everything we needed and more. Bed was very comfortable, lovely fluffy towels, Great hot shower, quiet location.'

'Awesome. So close to St Andrews and also loved the easy walking distance to the village. Pub, grocery store anything you needed really. '

'We’ve just had a lovely weekend at the Old Stables. We really enjoyed the large, open plan kitchen/living/dining area, the hot tub and sauna and the very impressive cinema room. We had a terrific walk in the Den of Alyth and a glorious day at Glamis Castle which is very close by. '

There are 10 bedrooms inside the main house and 8 cottages in the courtyard. Ten of them are king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The rooms are a nice size, but the carpet is old and the floors creak when you...

'Rental too far from center of town. Need a vehicle to get to town, or a very long walk. The frig leaked water on the kitchen floor. The fire/smoke alarms went off a couple of times during stay, but the last evening they went off three times, the last time at 12:45 A. M. Very annoying.'

'Beautiful property in an amazing location. Louise is a very helpful and responsive host.Thank you for the hosting us.'
