'The apartment was very well appointed and located only 0.9 miles north of the heart of historic old town, and just a mile and half north of the CSU campus -- essentially walking distance to both. This is very comfortable for two persons, and Erik was readily available for questions. access and entry were easy, and the shared hot tub schedule perfectly easy to work with. The roof top hot tub was a definite bonus!'
