This resort honestly needs to be shut down. The property is run-down, the staff are extremely rude, and service takes forever. Literally every single customer I encountered had a complaint.
During my 3-night stay, I only received room service once. I had to ask multiple times just to get towels. The TV never worked the entire stay, and the bathroom sink made loud, constant noises. There’s no microwave in the room and only ONE mirror. When I asked for spoons and forks, they couldn’t even provide basic eating utensils.
The elevators were a complete nightmare. I requested a top-floor room and quickly regretted it because only one elevator was working, and the wait time was ridiculous.
The mini mart never had anything stocked. They only have sunscreen and medicine. No sodas, chips nothing. The pool wasn’t open. The water pressure in the room SUCKED. Parking was horrible. Super far from the entrance. All the amenities closed at 7. We only used the resort to sleep and shower at this point.
The bed was uncomfortable, and the overall cleanliness was concerning. One guest found a roach in her bed. Another guest had someone else checked into her room by mistake. Yet another guest tried to check in with a confirmed reservation and was told there were no rooms available because they were fully booked.
Staff seemed extremely unorganized. Honestly, the only good thing about this place was the view from our balcony. Staying at a local motel would’ve been a better experience!!!!!!
