'Unfortunately people can smoke almost everywhere in the hotel so it’s not pleasant for non smokers. The staff at the bar and grill at the pool were very rude and difficult. The rooms were very big and beautiful but our sheets were ripped upon arrival, we called to have them replace the sheets and they would send somebody but nobody came. We also asked to change the sheets the next day when the roomservice came by, they just made the bed with the same sheets again.'

'Shout out to Waldo the jack of all trades in the hotel. Brought a chair into our room when he noticed there was one missing. Great front desk staff. Pool was the biggest I’ve seen in a hotel. Lots of seating. Five stars'
