The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the bed was really comfy. It was nice and quiet, the pool was a nice place to relax. There is a convenient airport shuttle. Our only complaint is that the bathroom door didn't close, it was too big for the opening and the a/c was a bit noisy. I would stay again!

From the time I checked in with the awesome desk manager, Elizabeth till I left the hotel room, all the staff and especially the front desk has been awesome. Elizabeth welcome us in and explain everything and all the amenities that the hotel offered. Also local restaurants that, aren’t the “tourist” restaurants to do normally see we will definitely use Expedia and this hotel again. Thank you.

I needed a place to stay for one night until my flight back home… it was clean there was a Chinese restaurant across the street with good food and McDonald’s and chipotle was within walking distance so it was all good

Overall I liked the hotel. I like that there is no carpet around the bed because it looked and felt clean. We arrived with others in a full shuttle but the receptionist was helpful and efficient, seemingly able to do 3 things at once. We have not yet had breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night, just before a cruise. The room was very comfortable, altho the bathroom was a little dated. But the room was clean, the king bed was very comfortable, and that’s all that mattered to us for this trip! There was a 24 hour Walgreens right next door plus Walmart and Dollar Tree within walking distance. There was an Asian restaurant nearby, but other restaurants were 1-3 miles. We would definitely stay there again!

The front desk staff and cleaning staff were very nice. The fridge in the room made a sound like heavy breathing all night. The air conditioner was very loud. We had wished there were more places around to grab a meal. The pool was clean and we enjoyed an afternoon there, especially the little geckos. As a pre-cruise hotel, we’ll pay a little more next time to be closer to the port and the beach.

I had an issue with the mattress in the room being soiled and the sheets were also dirty, upon checking in. I was told that I did not let front desk know that it was soiled in their “made up time frame”. They offered to give me sheets and linens which I had to collect myself and remake the beds. They did not offer a discount for the night refund, until I asked about it. And we were offered a very small refund which did nothing to the inconvenience caused. They also kept on pushing us to leave when we had alresdy spent all the monies on this hotel and wouldn't have been able to book another accommodation. Also, Elizabeth at the front desk made it seemed like it was about her and what her staff did do or did not do, when it was about us the guests who were dissatisfied with the way the room was upon us checking in and we were only looking for proper satisfaction in this regard. Overall, I give this hotel a 6/10 experience. Ideal location, but customer service especially at front desk needs to be changed.

Although not within walking distance of shopping, Walgreens and a restaurant were nearby. Was able to check luggage at motel while waiting for check-in and was able to check in earlier than expected! Front desk staff helpful and polite. Appreciated the airport shuttle and the breakfast that were both included! Very convenient location to cruise and air ports.
