I had an issue with the mattress in the room being soiled and the sheets were also dirty, upon checking in. I was told that I did not let front desk know that it was soiled in their “made up time frame”. They offered to give me sheets and linens which I had to collect myself and remake the beds.
They did not offer a discount for the night refund, until I asked about it. And we were offered a very small refund which did nothing to the inconvenience caused. They also kept on pushing us to leave when we had alresdy spent all the monies on this hotel and wouldn't have been able to book another accommodation.
Also, Elizabeth at the front desk made it seemed like it was about her and what her staff did do or did not do, when it was about us the guests who were dissatisfied with the way the room was upon us checking in and we were only looking for proper satisfaction in this regard.
Overall, I give this hotel a 6/10 experience. Ideal location, but customer service especially at front desk needs to be changed.
