Absolutely unacceptable experience from start to finish.I drove approximately 2.5 hours for this stay before attending a concert and never received proper check-in/access instructions for the property. After multiple attempts to figure out how to access the home, I finally reached the host by phone around 6:19 PM and was told she was in Orlando — approximately 1.5 hours away — and that I would not be able to access the property.As a result, I was forced to...

'Fantastic stay! I come to Ocala several times a year for work and normally dread the stay due to the hotel price/accommodations. This place made my stay enjoyable and stress free.
