The balcony is furnished with lounge and bar seating and offers a clear view of not only the lake, but also the bright blue Florida skies. This second floor unit is located within walking distance of one of the community pools. The fully stocked kitchen also has a breakfast nook, breakfast bar, and formal dining. The Villages at Country Creek offers a challenging 18 hole executive course that is great for all levels of golfers to come and enjoy a round of golf and hone your skills. The golf course is available with your transfer of membership and the full service pro shop can provide you with sets of golf clubs and golf accessories. They also have golf pros available to take you to the driving range and practice green. Multiple golf courses are accessible in the off season through their reciprocal golfing program. Other amenities include 5 community swimming pools, 5 tennis courts, a bocce ball court, a clubhouse that contains a fitness center, pool table, and game rooms for cards, restaurant dining and social activities.

Previous guest have reported occasionally smelling cigarette smoke from a neighboring unit. Our unit is a completely non-smoking unit but the community itself is not smoke free.

* 30 day minimum stay. February-March Bookings: Single and two month bookings are only allowed if the previous timeframe has been rented. February needs to be booked with January and/or March.
* Many communities require submission of an HOA application and associated fees. These applications are typically due 20-30 days prior to check-in. These fees are NOT included within the quoted rates when booking.
* These application / transfer fees are not set by Realty Group and are quoted to you in good faith. Prices are subject to change. The current application fees for Country Creek are: $150 application fee and $500 transfer of membership fee.
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.
