The community marina even features a white-sand beach area along the Caloosahatchee River.

The condo is flooded with natural light and features two large windows overlooking the lake. The primary suite includes access to a private balcony for added waterfront serenity.

A plush sofa and a smart TV welcome casual family downtime in the living room. The full kitchen is more than equipped to handle home cooking, and coffee lovers can enjoy helpful extras like a Nespresso machine, Nespresso pods, and a milk frother. Additional perks include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Things to Know
This vacation rental requires the completion of an application requiring sensitive information to be submitted directly to the HOA within three days of booking. Documentation for service animals must be submitted to the HOA directly.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
