'Family vacation to the Destin area for Fall Break. Very easy to communicate with the owner. Great location with a very short walk to the beach. 2 pools to choose from and plenty of seating. Condo was nicely furnished and very clean. Will definitely be back!'

'We enjoyed our stay at Sum Beaches very much! Plenty of room for the 2 of us, clean inside and out, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and other household items. Nice location within walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, ice cream and the beach! Wifi was sometimes a little spotty. Owners were very responsive. Would highly recommend it and would definitely go back again.'

The cottages are centrally located with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and local attractions. The gazebo out back was perfect for evening gatherings.
