'First time renting the shotgun cottage for my son and his family during the holidays. They said nothing but great things. Space was great, everything they needed was included, location was convenient, and our host was there if needed. Overall, great experience!!'

'This was a great place for my family and I to stay. Great for large groups. Perfect location. Nice and tidy. If you like it cold…the AC works great. The mattress in MB was firm but good. They should’ve supplied more trash bags in the kitchen. However, I did not ask for more. Other than that it was perfect '

'We enjoyed our stay at Sum Beaches very much! Plenty of room for the 2 of us, clean inside and out, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and other household items. Nice location within walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, ice cream and the beach! Wifi was sometimes a little spotty. Owners were very responsive. Would highly recommend it and would definitely go back again.'

The owners were very helpful in getting a cottage booked and kept me up to date on everything I needed to know. I’ve already recommended Sum Beaches Paradise to multiple people!!! The A/C blew extremely cold and it was great!'
