'Very OK hotel. We have stayed at the Fairmont across Canada and other really nice boutique hotels but The Pearl is average in comparison. No gym at this venue. Pool is smaller than those found at people’s homes. The room was very comfortable though. Shower is nice bug that’s about it. For what they charge, you are really getting a very average stay. '

'The front office staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. I received numerous emails and phone calls, which felt harassing, due to their lack of transparency regarding our itinerary. We were also forced to pay a garage fee that was never mentioned when we booked the condo. The listing says 3 bedrooms but in fact it was 2 bedrooms and a big closet with a futon bed in it. lAdditionally, the condo itself had several issues: broken cookware, a non-working TV, and hand soaps that were diluted with...

'I don’t think you can get a much better view from this condo. It is AMAZING from every room! The condo was clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff associated with the amenities were very friendly. We didn’t end up cooking, but the kitchen looked pretty well stocked. I want the couch for my own house! Even the elevator was fast!
